Pentaforce operates websites including www.sprintcart.in and apps, including but not limited to delivery of information and content via any mobile or internet connected device or otherwise, collectively the Services. Pentaforce does not control how the applicable platform operator allows you to control receiving tailored in-application ads.

Security and Retention

We strive to ensure that Information provided to us is protected and safeguarded against unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. We have adopted commercially reasonable electronic, physical, and procedural controls, which may include internal review and audit of data collection, storage, and processing practices, encryption, and other security measures.

Presently, Pentaforce does not store credit/debit card and other payment related information and the payment gateway is solely liable and responsible for the same. We shall retain Information until such limited time and for such limited purpose as may be required by us. User data/information of partners shall be shared exclusively for delivery of physical material ordered under Enterprise Digital Management Platform and Brand Merchandise Store Services. Non-personal and non-identifiable information may be retained by Pentaforce indefinitely at its sole discretion.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Privacy Policy, we shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of Information if such loss, damage, or misuse is attributable to a Force Majeure Event, including events beyond the reasonable control of Pentaforce such as sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, strikes, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, unauthorized access, computer crashes, security breaches beyond reasonable control, or power failure.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technology

Facebook and Instagram Data Usage

Our application integrates with Facebook and Instagram to provide social media management features such as viewing post performance, publishing content, and moderating user interactions.

• We only collect, store, and process information that is necessary to provide the requested service.
• The data accessed through Facebook and Instagram APIs, including posts, comments, likes, and other engagement data, is used solely for enabling social media management functionality within sprintcart.
• We do not sell, rent, or share this data with unauthorized third parties.
• All data is processed securely in compliance with Facebook Platform Terms and Instagram Platform Policy.

Data Deletion Instructions

If you wish to request the deletion of any data obtained through Facebook or Instagram via our application, email us at [email protected]with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". We will delete your data from our systems within 7 working days of receiving the request, unless retention is required for legal or compliance purposes.
